About Adapt Integrated Health Care
Adapt Integrated Health Care is a non-profit, integrated healthcare organization providing primary care, mental health care, addiction treatment, psychiatric care, and outreach services to communities across Coos, Curry, Douglas, and Josephine Counties. Our 400 Virginia Avenue facility in North Bend offers Adult Outpatient Addiction Treatment & Recovery Services as well as a CARF-accredited Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).

You can always count on adapt to be there to help!! Helped me w chemical dependency also great programs and good classes / groups! They are very resourceful , kind and easy to be around and to talk too!! Give baby bird a kiss 🐦
