This is the best AT&T store I’ve been to. I had issues with my account after going to an AT&T store in Portland(it’s a long story but I was incorrectly charge $750). Austin spent over 3 hours helping me, he called customer service multiple times and didn’t give up until my issue was solved. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I appreciate his time and effort when it wasn’t even his mistake. THANK YOU <3

Went in there to switch carriers, we added 4 phones and transferred all of our lines. They had an issue transferring our lines and one of our sales rep (Justin) kept repeating that it was past his time to go home. So they sent us home with 3 lines working, and one of them not working. We were sent home with NO PAPERWORK, absolutely nothing other than the new phones. My husband went back the next day to get his phone working, he asked the employee working for a bill or the amount that we would be paying and they refused and said it’d come in the mail. (On our 1st visit we were guaranteed that our bill would be lower than our provider at the time) . 2 weeks later, 2 of my phones stopped working, I tried multiple times to get help from them but they refused, and kept blaming my past carrier. I finally called AT&T costumer service myself and got it fixed. The AGENT on the line was even confused as to why the store had refused to help. Fast forward to now, and I get my first bill $1000 for a month and a half of service. It turns out my sales rep (Justin) took it upon himself to add on protection plans, other add ons, and a different service plan than what we had agreed on, without consulting us first. I just spent the last 3 hours on the phone with AT&T trying to get our bills fixed.

William at the Coos Bay A&T store was super helpful and friendly. He looked into all of our options so we could make an informed decision and did not waste our time with anything we don’t need.

This is a retail store an will only help if you bought your phone from them thay stated a fee will be charged for help with your phone $50.00 fee how is this a AT&T store.some employes very pushy to co.plete sale of add-ons

My friend and I both needed new phones, and AT&T was offering a trade-in deal on the new S24. Michael was very patient with us, both in our late 70s. He explained and answered all our questions and worked diligently to transfer her old, out-of-area phone number. While we waited for the transfer, Michael was able to work with another elderly couple behind us, again showing his patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Michael was just great!!

My 5 star rating is for the employees of the Coos Bay, OR store not the company.I'LL NEVER RETURN TO AT&T BECAUSE OF THE AWFUL WAY I WAS TREATED BY THEIR ON LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. <Justin and his staff at the Coos Bay, OR were excellent, and very helpful> The same can't be said for their other departments.. It took me over 4 Hours to obtain a transfer pin number to exit AT&T. A NUMBER THAT SHOULD OF BEEN GIVEN FREELY. Even with Justin identifying himself as a store manager, he couldn't get the pin number. AFTER 2 ATTEMPTS DEALING WITH HIS OWN COMPANY JUSTIN GAVE UP. HE WORKED THE SYSTEM ON HIS IPAD TO OBTAIN THE NEEDED INFORMATION. IT WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I AM VERY GREATFUL TO JUSTIN FOR HIS INTERVENTION. THANK YOU.
