This branch has treated me Rude with any interaction with them not sure how they stay in Business. Would give 0 if could I don't know why it's hard to smile or be pleasant.

If I could give this branch -10,000 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Worst ever. Non-empathetic and incompetent women work here who are unwilling to listen or think outside of the box. I am so glad I don't do my banking with this branch. Amber, the manager, and her uneducated team need to take some classes in customer service etiquette. I'm spreading the word amongst our citizens to pull their money out of this branch!!

Trying to open an account at the Florence branch. I've had to make an appointment over a week out to open one. Called yesterday and never received a call back.

If this was my first experiance with Banner Bank, it would had been my last. I went into this branch to update the address on our (my wife and I) account. When I first walked in, there were three associates in the branch and one client. One of the tellers began glaring me down from across the lobby, I began to approach her when she lashed out at me saying that she was busy, then walked away from the counter. I waited for the second teller to become available, after the other customer left the counter, I waited to be signaled to approach, only to be sacked by the second teller for not assuming she was ready. When I handed the second teller my debit card to pull up the account, she threatened that the debit card was sizable because it had my wife's name and insinuated that it was my fault Banner Bank didn't send us a seperate card for myself. She then failed to update the address, the only thing I was in there for and had to go back to a seperate branch to update the address again.
