The efficiency is much appreciated, as well as showing care for customers. The ample seating for people awaiting turns at the window who are ill, in pain, are elderly, disabled or just plain tired is not overlooked.

Love Broadway Pharmacy so much. The best one in town. At most I have been behind 5 people waiting to pick up my prescription and even waiting behind that many people did not take long at all. Most days it’s just me in there picking up. Got a new prescription today and called pharmacy to see if they would have it by the end of the day or not and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes! I got a rash from eating mangos so I don’t look the best right now and I was very excited to begin my treatment on looking normal again! Thank you guys for being speedy today and always! I constantly recommend people come here and no where else in coos bay to receive quality service

Currently on the phone with one of the "pharmacist", mentioned that my daughter was puking, I received the worst response ever of laughter from her. I was the manufactured formula for Tamiflu was 6mg per ml but for some reason a 15mg per ml prescription was given to. Not impressed at all.

We went in around 11am today and the 2 men working the main desk were fantastic, but the female pharmacist with long blond hair came out of the back office without a mask, appeared to be ducking behind the shelves to avoid being seen. She went back and forth before finally obtaining a mask from the main front service area and putting it on. In a pandemic, you would hope that your pharmacy staff would be following all mandates for keeping patients safe. Her behavior was quite alarming to see. We will be avoiding using this pharmacy again due to safety concerns.

Highly inefficient. My husband had a scheduled 12:00 appointment and waited over 40 minutes to get a vaccine.
