I’m really happy with the services I receive overall—the quality is great, and the staff is friendly. However, I’ve noticed that the nail tech I usually see, I believe her name is Katie, tends to work quite slowly. While I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work, the process can be a bit too time-consuming. Nail prep alone can take a long time, and I’ve found myself spending up to three hours in the salon for a simple set. I’d love to continue coming here, but I hope there’s a way to improve the efficiency without compromising quality.

She was extremely careful with my nails, and made sure to answer any and all questions and concerns I had! I'm in love with my nails! I definitely will be returning. Probably the best nail tech in town in my opinion. She managed to take my short, bitten and rough nails and turn them into something that I don't want to hide in my pockets! I'm so excited to show these off! Thank you, Melissa!
