Received a refill on a Sunday, a pleasant surprise, Thank you, Michael! Also appreciated that he corrected the $75 fee, since it was a full refill (down to 20%, much less than showed on my computer info).

Good service overall. I wish that when calling in, you could talk directly to a person as an option from the start, but this is what large companies with lots of order and delivers have to do nowadays.
