It has turned into a true junk store! So much crammed onto the shelves, they are basically boobytrapped, burying the good stuff in the back so deep you can't see it or get to it! Lucky employees bury their size in another size section and get it 75% off because no one is looking for a small tshirt in the plus section, oh oops!. I could go on but truly, corporate doesn't care and obviously the local staff doesn't either. No pride or standards. Sad.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Insanely expensive. You can quite regularly find items that are marked up higher than the original (new) price. Do not come here if you want a deal. Go to South Coast Hospice instead. Hell, go to Ross if you want something new. Goodwill is garbage. Do not shop Goodwill.

I honestly don’t know what the store is like inside I didn’t go in because I can’t see. Probably would have r an into everything and everybody my friend came out with what he was after. Didn’t seem like it took too long so I give it five stars nobody bothered me sitting in the car. Ppl these days sure quick to stereotype and way over body language things that don’t need that hope things improve

They are insanely overpriced, but that's all Goodwill's honestly. You can 'sometimes' find decent prices on their color sales. The reason I gave this score is I bought a mirror yesterday, a large mirror. I had the kids with me so I had to come back to pick it up. They took my name and number and attached it to the mirror. They also took 1 of the 2 receipts from me I assumed to put with it. I came to pick it up and they made it an over 30 minute pain in the butt to look it up so they were sure I paid for it. This was insanely frustrating and made no sense. They need to get on the same page with communication with their staff. They don't give customer service even close to most stores and now typically charge more than most stores.
Never had a goodwill be so hard to work with.

I understand that they have to pay employees but the cost of some of the donated items is really high. Some of the stuff is the same as you would pay at a regular store... use to go there for clothes and shoes for different reasons but now the cost I can go to Ross or Walmart and pay same or less for new.

I have always had a positive experience at this store, but recently the employees at the store went above and beyond the call of duty. I had accidentally donated something and needed to find it the next day. Every employee I encountered was willing to help me. Everyone was friendly, even though, I was taking them away from there very busy jobs. It took more than an hour of searching, and at any given moment, there were at least four staff members helping me. I cannot thank them enough. The staff is clearly very hard-working and dedicated. If only all businesses had their level of customer, service and eagerness to help.

Used to like going here until the uneducated staff failed BIG time. I bought a 6.99 item, rounded up to 7.00 and their register had a receipt printing error. The register did not print a receipt so the employee called a manager. Well that Manager refused to give me what i paid for even after i pulled up my banking app to show it went through, so i left.Ten days later I'm still out 7 bucks, which isn't much, BUT I am not gonna let the nonprofit, profit off me. So I go in and request a manager. After too long of nobody confessing to it (that manager was there and completely denied it, and she knew she was wrong, she couldn't look me in the face) I got my 6 dollars, then corrected their counting ability, got my 7 back.In the end, the supervisor and manager on duty on November 17th 2023 at approximately 4:00pm are horrible. They are rude, defensive, have major attitudes, need to be in a group to handle anyone, and can not count to 7.TRAIN OR GET AN EDUCATED, INTELLIGENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED PERSON IN THERE AT ALL TIMES. OTHERWISE THE GOOD WILL IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! Good thing I have balls or those mean girls thought they could gang up on me..... not today.. nope not today.

These people are the worst! who sets the prices? This person must be high on meth. Needed some boots for a costume, found some old dingy pair, thought these might work, but man are they worn. Looked at the price, 25$! Go F yourselves goodwill.
