Today was my first day of experiencing harbor freight. I was very satisfied with the retail workers with them helping me find what I was looking for and how well maintained the store was. Very clean, well stocked, fiendishly. I’ve gone to other hardware stores where the store wasn’t stocked well, nor the people working was friendly.

I just want to go on record and say that the Harbor Freight in Coos bay is really sub par. I’ve been a HB customer for years and shop in several states (Az. Ca. Or.) The staff as a rule knows little about product or product location in the store. The store is understaffed and cannot meet customer requirements and “management” hides in the office and offers little and reluctant help to needy customers. The only reason this store does any volume is because there are no real equal value options.
Very disappointed. Please improve.

I like this place. I don't like that they seem to have low stock on ITC sale items. I recently had to drive 1½ hours to another store to get an item their website said this store had in stock. Good folks, though.
