“Outstanding service and professionalism! After having a terrible experience with another jeweler in town, I called Jurgens while overseas and sent my fiancée in to have her ring sized. Carl promptly got it done in less than an hour, made sure the fit was perfect and that my fiancée was happy with it. We took care of it over the phone and my fiancée never even heard a price. That's how you run a business!”

“26/01/23-18:30-Fantastic artisan gift shop filled with all kinds of handmade crafts. I found an awesome Christmas ornament hand made out of an oyster shell! My friend found a hand painted greeting card. I'm definitely going back. Don't miss it!”

“Fun antique shop to browse. It was big, with a varied selection of items. My favorite was the gem and mineral cases located to the left of the register, which held an array of nice and very unique stones from a life long collector at extremely fair prices. I was most excited and grateful to purchase several stones.”

“Customer service: 4/5Quality: 5/5Time Spent Here: 10-15 MinutesAs a note they only accept cash, also it's by appointment only. The location has moved from its current address listed on google, so make sure you ask for an address and/or directions. There's also no where to sit down so you might have to wait in your car, parking is a bit awkward too (As is leaving because man is it a busy area)The woman who answers the phone can be very rude and testy, I get it you have a lot going on - there's a lot of phone calls it tends to be just you, however perhaps you should update the location on google before blaming customers for not knowing the location. She was SO rude when I asked for directions, I was running late to my appointment that I had set up due to a previous appointment at the doctor running late. I arrived at the address on google, and it's incorrect. She proceeded to get really annoyed and huffed at me saying "This is why I always ask customers if they know where to go" Well, I would if google was correct, which as the owner of the business it's your job to update that. It isn't the customers job to read your mind, you did not give me directions during our initial conversation, I get this can be stressful but I was very polite every time I talked to you - please do not take your frustration out on the customers. The man who fixed my jewelry though, absolute gem. I almost didn't go to my appointment because the woman made me so distraught after how rudely she acted on the phone, but I really needed this done so after around 20 minutes of driving we found the new location. I wanted my grandmothers engagement ring upsized by 1 to fit me, he did it in about 10-15 minutes, also let me know if it was real or fake. He didn't even mind that I was late for my appointment, was just happy I showed up & found the location. He was patient while we waited for my husband to return with some money. He charged my $25 but I paid $40 due to waiting and he did such a great job. You can't even tell that he upsized the ring, I can't wait to wear it. As others mentioned he has a small hearing problem, but its not that bad at all. Just raise your voice slightly and he can hear you just fine.”

“It's your average Fred Meyer. Nothing fancy. They were stocked with items that I needed so that is a positive. The employees were helpful when I asked for help. They did not approach me to see if I needed help which I would have preferred. Parking lot has plenty of parking if pulling a trailer. Don't forget to sign up for your FM card so that you can earn discounts on gas. This is always so helpful especially when driving far distances (like here from Vancouver, WA).”
