I purchased my Seiko watch band from outside and they kindly changed it for me at no cost. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a chance to see their jewelry collection. I saw several really beautiful pieces. Thank you and I will come back.

We went in to purchase earrings and Amy was very helpful. She helped me design beautiful earrings. We ended up purchasing 4 pairs of earrings. I needed the earrings changed to fit my ears and Karl helped me with that too and both were incredibly helpful and just wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Jurgens Jewelers

They are amazing! I had my ring Soldered and was very nervous. Every step was explained and it came out beautiful! We will definitely be using them again
