Awful awful. He has no respect for his customers. We have to come from out of town, so on the day husband had am appt he wasn't in. No calls informing us. This isn't the first time.

I would give Shaun Murphy many more stars if they were available. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful by restoring my hearing aids so my husband and I could continue to enjoy our vacation. He reminded me that we are all part of the Miracle Ear family. We both thank you very much.

I just had the best hearing test and customer service in all my years of wearing a hearing aid. Shaun Murphy is a wonderful human being. The office is nice and I felt very comfortable.Hearing test was very thorough. I recommend Mr. Murphy and this office.
