I hate the “tip” part of the whole pricing scheme. I’ve never tipped for an oil change anywhere else I’ve ever gone to. How about just giving your guys a raise? It makes me feel very uncomfortable. Probably won’t get my oil changed here again. They guys did a great job, though. I just don’t like how I’m uncomfortable at the end of the experience.

They are quick, polite, and do a great job. Being a woman too often taking a car somewhere results in being talked down to but not here. They are respectful and spoke to me like a capable adult. Randy was informative and friendly and honest about what I needed.
