Store is clean well organized the employees are friendly. I just don't go there for normal daily up keep automotive items because there's be many times I have had to wait for a good amount of time to be helped. I do occasionally purchase parts here because they do have good prices on parts.

Thomas and Thomas offer excellent customer service and decades of industry experience. Truly a pleasure to send my business here. I called ahead, and spoke with the elder Thomas, to make sure they could order a new battery for my (non-electric) 2014 Spark, and was very pleased that they had a very n9ce one with a 3 year warrantee in-stock. :) While I was there, I also replaced my windshield wipers. Thomas found all three, in unusual sizes, so I didn't have to worry about getting the correct fit. Thank you for an amaxing experience!

I am an older female with a limited knowledge of car mechanics. The helpful and knowledgeable staff at O'Reilly's is such a boon to me. Every employee I have dealt with over the last 23 years there been both patient and helpful. They take the time to explain, and even install items that I have had to purchase from them such as windshield wipers and batteries. As a result of such experiences, I would never go anywhere else for parts for my vehicle or service items. I highly recommend them.
