My only suggestion, especially with the North Bend Post Office closure, would be to invest in a couple of self service kiosks available to the public 24/7 in the lobby. These would not only benefit the counter staff during regular business hours, but the public as well by cutting down frustration from long lines and no service at all during the weekend.”

“It’s at the back of American market- nothing on the outside of the building suggests it’s a post office, cash only still, but they had more boxes and packages in back than what was out on the shelf, helpful for what I was trying to send!”
“Always a pleasant experience at this post office. It is the same gentleman everytime I go in and he is very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Quick in and out. Much more efficient than the larger offices in town.”

“There is no accessible drive up outgoing mail receptacle. Everyone has to get out of their car to post mail. Very dangerous. getting out of your car is in the way of traffic. Also very difficult for the aged and handicapped to get out of their car in the way of oncoming traffic.”
