The person working night shift isn't following Oregon law for bottle returns he refúses to take bottles back until after 8am when I came in at midnight. He told me that waiting until after 8am is the law, and he's clearly mistaken.
The law clearly states that:
Can a store limit the hours or days that they accept container returns?
No. Retailers that must accept containers must accept them on all days and at all hours the store is open.

Staying in Coos Bay for the summer for my husband's work, it's always hard to find new favorite businesses when I'm away from home. This place is perfect, extremely nice, nonjudgmental staff and my favorite brands of vape, Kratom, drinks all in one place and open 24/7?! The ONLY thing that could make it more perfect was if they had my favorite snack - Chester's Puffcorn 😂 I'm as addicted to those puffs as I am to the vapes.

You can get a lot here. The guy with the hurley hat is awesome the lady with blonde hair and glasses not very nice. If she was the only one working I wouldn't go back. Good thing she only works a couple days.

About 6 months ago, and again a few months ago, I bought a gallon of milk at night. The expiration date was fine, but when I got it home it was spoiled.

I bought a vape from here today, and I go to open it and try it in my car but it does not work (faulty device). So, I go back in the store to try and replace it, but I could not because "I left the store".
