The WORST Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’m here from Washington to be with family and had to fill a prescription for Potassium- post ED visit for over a week. One phone call to Walgreens and my pharmacy where I live and had my prescription in 2 hours. I would NEVER use Safeway pharmacy. Seriously terrible.

I won't use their pharmacy again because I had to pay a $15 copay for this these drugs that I got and I've never had to pay a co-pay before not with my insurance so what it was is the lady didn't want to run my insurance cuz I didn't have an insurance card which I've never been issued I've never had this issue with any other pharmacy.

Love the deals & the grocery shopping. On the other hand the pharmacy is an entire waste of time. I had an important med not be given to me with my drs calling say THEY DID SPEAK TO SOMEOME THERE but they lied to my face and said they didn’t. While being there my third time & not having my meds over a month I’m crying& shaken up because IM OVERWHELMED TOO & one of ladies comes up to me & gives me the dirtiest look and Says we’re understaffed you know. It’s not our fault it’s your drs. Which is not true because the assistants called them in the room right next to me & I heard them have a conversation. They have treated me so indifferently. I’ve been a supervisor in stores extremely short staffed & never treated customers like that before. & these are people’s MEDS. Have some compassion or work somewhere else. We’re not to blame for your happiness.

I waited hr and half for 3 pills for my son after waiting in line forever. It was called in by dr in morning picked up after 4pm didn't have my son insurance card on me so they charged me cash. But it was 3 pills so only $9. I never use them always Fred Myers so it was new experience for me my son's still on my husband and my ins. And Oregon state insurance I guess they like Safeway so I will probably have him change it to Fred Meyer the people were nice their just really busy and overwhelmed I think and Fred Meyer is more convenient for us.

This store is getting as filthy as Walmart. Aren't the people that work at self checkout and check stands trained to keep them cleaned and wiped down? It only takes a few seconds. The person at self checkout isn't doing anything anyway. Usually visiting with other employees. Sometimes walks across the isle and sits down. Guess I might as well go to Walmart and save a few dollars. I usually over a grand a month there too. Sad

Worst place to have to fill a prescription. Wait in line with 1 checker and a ton of people standing around doing nothing who don’t even look at you but stare through you. Rude and incompetent I’m not sure how this pharmacy stays open other than it’s a big corporation but something needs to change. Our time is valuable and I’ve literally lost 45 min in line with 4-5 people. Why does every person need to take a 10 min check out? Why don’t they open another register and get this line backed up to bakery moving? Move your prescriptions and close this place down

This pharmacy lies to your face and blames everybody else for their incompetency and getting your prescriptions filled. I highly recommend going somewhere else other than Safeway pharmacy in North Bend because of their complete lack of customer service.
