I didn't get the trash cans out in time and my trash guys grabbed my cans and put them back for me. Thank you so much. This never happened with our last trash company. It really started my day off on a positive note.

No complaints or issues here. No concerns. Our driver does an EXCELLENT job. The only issue issue is With us forgetting to put the can out the night before pick up.

Driver said I ordered 93 gallon can and said they dropped it off in June. I never ordered it and it was never dropped off. Billed for it twice and and driver has to come and confirm can size. They wouldn't believe me. And I've been billed a total of $140 and won't refund until can size is confirmed. Will file a complaint with city

Excellent customer service, super professional and helpful drivers! Everyone there goes above and beyond normal customer service. They are stellar! 10 stars!!! We four sisters are so grateful for the wonderful people at Les Sanitary... Thank you for helping us service our 91 year old father's account. Les Sanitary is simply THE best!

Put our can out Monday evening as we left town. Came home today, Wednesday morning, to cans still full. Driver said they weren’t out. LIES!
After I complained and went into town, came home - EMPTY. Called to cancel a Thursday pickup and receptionist had no notes on the call prior. Hold your drivers accountable. This has happened before. Our cans are always out at least 1 day prior since we travel often.

Yesterday was our first day for trash pick up with this company. I put my trash out on Tuesday. It’s supposed to get picked up on Wednesday. They picked up every trash can on the street, except mine! Not an auspicious beginning for a new service! Now I have an over flowing trashcan! I called the company. And they told me they will try to get somebody out here tomorrow… Ridiculous! At least, when the previous company did this, they came back the exact same day I called and picked up the garbage!

Much appreciated to the guys that pick up my recycling and glass over on Washington Ave. Always flipping the bins after they empty them. ? Trash guys too out there early getting it done.
