No coffee! No microwave! No cell service! No in room phone. I brought stuff to make my own coffee, but couldn't even heat up water. What kind of hotel does that!? I am here on a business trip and have no way to talk to my family because there is no service unless you connect to wifi and no phones. Even a Motel 6 has a phone.

I went there with a friend who gambles often. The workers are very good at keeping track of asking people if they need help. Friendly
Rooms: The rooms are nice. Even though I didn't see any rooms that time I did about a year ago when my friend was visiting.
Food and drinks: Coffee and water is free

I don't know who does your tv ads but you're getting made a fool. They are sooooooo horrible. I would be ashamed to air them let alone pay the idiots who produces them. I'm offended by the lack of quality. May your casino is 5 star but your PR is -5

I booked from September 22 to September 24 where I didn’t even stay the night because I found out my great grandma had passed. I came home didn’t even sleep in the bed and then the next morning came and got my stuff where I was told I would be reimbursed. It is now October And when I called to see where my reimbursement is at the receptionist has bad bedside manners has lied saying that they don’t do reimbursements but then transferred to me to somebody who does and then Clames that I was yelling and hung up when I called back they lied and said we got disconnected and I told the ma’am that I was not yelling that I needed to speak to somebody about this situation and then I will not be returning back to the milk casino after a family death and you can’t even reimburse somebody when you said you’re going to That’s sad and I think corporate should know about this.
Rooms: They are shit and the prices for their food or outrageous
Noteworthy details: I don’t think you should have people working there who don’t know how to deal with the public and I don’t think you should lie to people saying that you’re going to reimburse them after a family’s death when they didn’t even spend the night in your own bed in your hotel

Terribly bad it's a normal
lately......recently they had a game show.@ame people or couples won on two and 3 occasions looked really bad too short
Would never go again boring and too fast they drew same n amesand never picked anyone with an hr andicapp like walker cane or wheelchair bound.......not good.
