This Walgreen Pharmacy has been our chosen pharmacy for over 2 years. I cannot say how pleased we are with the pharmacist, the staff and the respectful way we have ALWAYS been treated. Today's market has placed extraordinary stress on all pharmacists & their pharmacies, we are thankful they are here to handle our pharmaceutical needs! So many pharmacies are closing. We should think twice before grousing about small delays at the drive-up. Tomorrow it could be closed and we would no longer have a drive-up pharmacy in this city!

Usually very helpful. They appear understaffed at times but even so seem to work as fast as they can to fill orders.

I was so grateful that Shelly, a pharmacist/manager personally assisted me today. She was so cordial and helpful. Without my even asking, she went above and beyond to assist me in applying a savings coupon to my prescription. She is a wonderful representative for this pharmacy and Walgreens location!

Not impressed. Urgent care sent 2 prescriptions to Walgreens at 7pm May 20th, just as the pharmacy was closing. Obviously I knew I wouldn't get them filled that evening. However, and having not heard anything by 2:20 pm May 21st, I called. I was told only one was filled & they were 'working' on the other, and it would be 3pm. I explained I needed to start the meds ASAP in order to find out if I can travel. She told me they're short staffed; basically what can she do about that? Not her exact words... but along those lines. Another 40 minutes? Meaning they weren't actually working on them. I told the lady that I'm traveling back home, but can't travel in my condition. I needed to get that medication in my system ASAP, because if my issue continued, I'd have to postpone my trip home so the doctor can order more tests. Time was of the essence and I fail to understand why one Rx was filled early and one waylaid. So what can she do about it? ? I dunno, maybe get your act together & not concern customers with your staffing issues. Incidentally, while I was in line for the checkout counter, a customer in front of me had the exact same issue! Walgreens only filled part of their prescriptions & they were told to return later in the day for the rest.

Ran in to snag a medicine and I could barely tell they were open, all parking lot lights and sign were off. It was 8:15pm at that point. Google said they were open, and they were. Walking around in the store and suddenly they turned off half the lights above and all in the coolers. They close at 9!!! It wasn't even 8:30pm! We couldn't see anything in the coolers because they were pitch black. I rounded a corner and a gentleman said "We close at 9, just so you know." I said I know... Why are the lights off I can't hardly see to even shop? He said they 'have no control' over that. Bull! That's a safety hazard. I worked retail for 20 years I super know they have control over their own lights and didn't appreciate being lied too. They should be closing at 8pm if they are behaving this way. A surprising experience for a chain store.

I was actually scolded by the pharmacist for speaking during my injection. I've been getting shots in my arm for over 68 years and have NEVER been told I should not speak during the procedure. Walgreens will no longer be my choice for vaccinations.

Employees and managers at this establishment think that animal abuse right in front of customers is okay. And, many customers defend that it is okay to leave dogs in cars all day, everyday, with no windows open. Some were saying they do this with children! I will be taking my business elsewhere. If it’s wrong to leave kids in a car for longer than 10 minutes, then that goes for pets too. Please read up on how hot cars can get. It’s inappropriate to bring pets to work in the first place.
