Liz at the pharmacy is the worst. 0 customer service skills, doesn't want to do her job and puts it back on the patient to do. She is very condescending and rude. I have never experienced a pharmacy tech that treats patients this way.

Not much good to say about this place, there seems to be some kind of issue almost every time I need to get my Rx filled. To be fair, it's not always their fault, but when there is an issue regardless of who is at fault, they are the most unhelpful staff I've ever dealt with. Customer service is an unknown concept to them, and if it wouldn't cost me triple of what Walgreens charges me for Rx due to a change in my insurance, I would still be with my medical center's pharmacy.

Store and property are filthy. 5' tall weeds. You have to drive through trash to get your prescription. Needs better management.

If there was a zero this store would get it. They can never seem to get my prescriptions filled before they run out. The same prescription. Most pharmacies I have used will fax the Dr when there are no more refills...not these morons. Even if they are refillable it has been an issue getting them on time. EVERY TIME.

January.29.2023-Sunday. Popped in to get a quick gallon of Milk. 2% and Whole were all out dating January.30 the next day. Picked out a few items, No greeting by Cashier whom was using cellphone prior to register. She ran items, I mentioned Milk and she just deadpan looked and no expression. Ran Debit and machine was quirky. She slams my card in without permission. Than Pushes items towards me with receipt. Silence. I said, Thank you for helping snd in a bored valley girl voice. Welcome. Just rude snd definitely didn't want to be there. Miss the past couple years where regular clerks were the best.

Just moved to the area and this was my first time using this particular Walgreens pharmacy. I have been to Walgreens before and I know that, like any other pharmacy, they have an in-house coupon system for individuals who don't have insurance. When I went the first time the girl was extremely rude and cut me off to tell me they were closing for lunch and I had to come back. No problem. I came back later and the girl working the drive through was ALSO rude and insisted the cost of my medication was over $1,000. I was obviously dismayed. Luckily for me, I have GoodRX. I pulled up a coupon for my medication and she begrudgingly ended up charging me $27. I understand that this girl doesn't set the prices for medication, but I'm not sure why she was so mad? Save yourself time and money by not using this pharmacy. I switched to Fred Meyer and they offered me the same medication for $8 without a GoodRX coupon, and they were kind. What a concept.

Without my permission the cashier scanned my ID!! "it actually pulls up all of the information stored on the card. This information may include the person's address, date of birth, height, eye color, and sometimes even Social Security number." Stores like Walmart should not be allowed to stored ANYONE's personal information. Who will they share these information with??

Incompetent staff. Posted hours state otherwise when you arrive at the facility the store is closed. As posted on the internet states they are open until 9. This is not true! Only the drive thru is open. Must be Covid!

This store is one of the cleanest and most well stocked Walgreens Ive ever been in!The folks working here have only been very chipper and professional each time Ive been there - and normally I do not rate corporate chain stores but these folks are wonderful!Their photolab is quick and they do great work there too.

Walked into the Walgreens in North Bend and asked a simple drugstore question. "Where is your iodine?" Out of three employees nobody knew where it was...one of which had no idea what I was talking about. Walgreens, you might want to train your staff.
