If I could leave no stars I would but got a kennel from them and it had missing parts and tried contacting them and they do not answer or email back.

I bought a Jewett Cameron Greenhouse from Tractor Supply and have been very pleased with its quality and performance. There were a couple of small parts missing that I contacted them about and they sent replacements a few weeks later, after I'd bought parts at a hardware store.The installation instructions recommended using the Jewett-Cameron anchors. Looked like a good idea so I ordered the anchors from the Jewett Cameron website. When I received the order the box was in bad shape and one of the anchors and the drive rod for installation was missing. I phoned the company and was assured replacements would be sent. After a couple of months with no parts I emailed the company and received no response. A week later I contacted them through their website contact page and received a reply that the item was not in stock and not currently being manufactured. I replied that I paid for an item that I haven't received and asked for a refund. There has been no response. I have been patient and reasonable and this company has been almost completely unresponsive. I'm out $68 and Jewett Cameron earns a 1 star review - not for their products but for their so-called customer service.

I bought a just a gate at my local Home Depot made by Jewel at Cameron. The product was amazing and I highly recommend it. The thing that I appreciate the most was that they were willing to send me a little replacement piece in the mail that my dog destroyed.I highly recommend them!
