As good as a well stocked hot deli can be. This place falls short of decency with the rudness of the lady working the till. Try and buy lotto with a card she will snap at you. She takes forever doing her job but if you are front and ready to go with your stuff she grunts and moans about your existence. I no longer go to this place because of her. I'd suggest anyone having a good day avoid this place at all costs. Or she may just ruin it.

This place is in a shell gas station in north plains, they have by far the best fried chicken, Jo-Jo's, and ranch dressing I have ever had... Staff can sometimes be a bit gruff, but other than that the place is clean and has a great selection in their deli...

A few weeks back I came to this place because I was semi lost and wanted a quick bite to eat. I'm a multiracial woman and immediately felt a weird vibe when I walked in. I am NOT someone sensitive to rude people or thinking everything is racist but the iciness was hard to ignore. The older woman at the counter didn't seem very friendly, I dismissed it as her personality but when a white woman walked in, the stone faced woman cheered right up and made friendly conversation with her. Anyways, luckily there was another worker, a younger girl, helped me with my food order. The hot food was surprisingly good. The girl cashier's friendliness towards me is the only reason this has two stars instead of --10.

Haven't been here for awhile and so glad we stopped in. Very clean!!! Best jojo's!!! I will be stopping here from now on. They have a pretty excellent selection of snacks and food and even some basic groceries like potato's and lettuce and eggs. Their drink station is absolutely immaculate and they have f'Real and many coffee and soda choices. Most of all for me is that this is the cleanest store I have been to in this area!!

Sunshine Market & Deli along with their Shell Station is a great place to go regularly or for a pitstop on your way to/from beach. Friendly, helpful service with plenty of parking for your car, rv or truck n trailer. Grab lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, beer, wine, Delicious hand breaded, fried chicken on the bone or kabobs and tenders. Homemade ranch, fresh made deli sandwiches and more. I love this place. It's a local icon as it's been around for over 30yrs. I can always count on them to be there.

I live in the neighborhood and love this little shop. Some people have had bad experiences with some employees but everytime I've gone in there almost every single person says hello as you come in. Never once felt discriminated against by any employees and their service has always been up to par. Plus they have flavors for drinks that no other shop in town has.

After waiting almost 15 minutes we were served the wrong order. Additionally, both Hamburgers served to us were uncooked.

Solid deli chicken - miles better than any of the big boy grocery store delis around. First, the bad - and to be clear - I would much rather have over done chicken than get undercooked chicken but the goal is juicy moist fully cooked chicken and I'm not sure if this was just dying in the case for too long (I did get the last couple pieces) but it missed that mark by a wide mile. The wings were completely desiccated and consisted of little more than batter. The breast was almost chicken jerky tough and chewy. HOWEVER, I'm willing to bet it was just left too long in the hot case. That said, here is the good news the batter was absolutely brilliant. It was crisp, crunchy, not at all oily and seasoned to perfection. Reminiscent of Popeyes spicy but a bit milder and miles better. The batter also elevated the jo-jo potatoes to much better than average, wish they were cut a bit thinner but they held together well in spite of their size. Service was on point, very friendly folks I thought. I'll be back again for sure - hopefully I can score a fresh from the fryer batch for comparison. That may warrant another star plus or minus depending. After a second run, chicken was much better so I think it was just a case of sitting too long before. I guess the moral of the story is results may vary depending on how long it's been since the chicken hit the hot case. Still not 4 star worthy chicken but considering I'd give the major grocer delis between 0 and 1.5 it's pretty good.
