Small post office located at the back of Noti Market & Gas with an entrance on the east side. I have had a post office box here for over 30 years now. The office is usually ran by an individual from the local community & provide excellent home town service, there have been a couple of exceptions over the years but they have been brief.

The lady at the post office is fantastic. The lady she replaced was also. They remember who you are, what packages you have etc. They give excellent service. They represent the best of what a rural post office can be.

This post office has sticker my mail for return to sender on more than one occasion with no real explanation. I have lived at the same address for over a year now. They really need to be investigated

If the post office closes at 5p, you don't lock the door at 455p to go take down the flag. Service here has definitely gone downhill since the turnover in management and clerks.

I was told by another USPS office that Veneta did passports without appointments. After calling several times and getting a busy tone, I checked their website confirming that no appointments are needed. We decide to drive an hour to get to Veneta USPS. There's a sign on the door saying appointment only. I wait while he finishes up with a passport. I tell him what happened and he says to try another town 19 miles away. He gives me their number to check first. No answer. My town usps answers their phones but no others do apparently. I go back in to make sure it's the right number, it is. There are NO other customers in there and I ask why he won't help us. He says he has to stick with policy and he can't change it just for us. Long story short, Veneta usps has bad customer service and the government needs to get their act together.
