Came into the store the music was loud and the four young staff boys were standing by the counter offering no assistance nor could help us when we asked them for location of a product we looking for. So I put everything I was going to buy back to go elsewhere. We were not the only customers leaving empty handed today.

I came over to AutoZone to get new windshield wipers and told the guy what car I had he went and got the windshield wipers similar to the ones that I had because it was quite a range in price from low to high but this was kind of a mid range, and he installed them for me was very pleasant and I was glad to give him a tip. Nice folks.

My van had wipers that seemed cemented together. After 6 hours of YouTube videos trying to install my new AZ blades, it seemed useless. I went to return them fearing I had purchased the wrong type, again. My current blades were so frayed that I could not see to drive, and I drive for work. The gentleman was so kind and understanding. He gave me a mini-class installation of my blades, to forgo future frustration. He took the time and effort to be kind, and he certainly did not have to. I appreciate you sir. Thank you.
