Today I brought a friend who has physical challenges to shop at this store. Both of us were truly grateful for the assistance of "Kathy" who was helpful, compassionate and understanding.

Normally enjoy coming there. I enjoy looking at all the treasures. I've made many purchases and donations.Today not sure if this is the new norm but the cashier I had today does not speak unless spoken to. I asked for a bag and have two items wrapped and she just handed me the paper without a bag. She continued not to speak. I asked "so you decided not to help me with my purchases. If I wanted self checkout I'd go to the stores that offer that" I'm challenged with a disability and at times need a bit of assistance. So sad . The prices continue to rise and they don't raise the professional customers experience.

Tried to donate furniture that was in mint condition and was denied. One of the pieces was like new and he said it was "too dusty". I asked why can't you dust it and he said it has to be "presentable". People like to buy cheap furniture and upcycle it so I'm really disappointed. Especially by the workers bad attitude. With their rising prices, I would just find somewhere else to donate anyway.

I’ve found several nice things in the past couple of years, but the prices have become a bit absurd as of late. Sometimes, they actually charge more than the item is brand new. See pics…one is $1.50 more than the tag still on it, and the other is $0.05 more than the receipt indicates it cost new. This is no longer what I would consider to be a “Goodwill”, and seems to be a bit of a money grab. Other reviews indicate the same issue with high prices, so it seems to be a trend they are applying and sticking with. I’ve had enough sticker shock and will not be returning here, just to be disappointed by the lack of reasonable savings.

Nice bathroom. Selection was lackluster. Nice bathroom.

Friendly people, clean and organized displays. We have saved a lot of $ going to Goodwill. Bonus: job provider, keeps stuff out of the landfill - conservatism I can get behind.

Ive been shopping and donating at the Goodwill my entire life. Goodwill has always been known as a place to find cool things and things you could turn into something else. Craft project stuff. Repurposing stuff. Nobody expects to find perfect condition things at the Goodwill. Sometimes you do and it’s a really cool find! But the prices have gotten too high for used goods. And recently when I went to donate, they refused to take so many items. Like a dresser that needed painting, and a slightly rusty rustic little plant stand. Things like that. I was very confused because people like myself have come to Goodwill over the years looking specifically FOR these items to repurpose and get crafty with. Anyway I don’t know when Goodwill stopped taking donations for less than perfect items but I guess its so they can charge the higher prices for the used goods they acquired for free.Used to be a cool fun place to shop and support. Not so much anymore.

Have never had much luck at this location. Prices are too high and many items in bad or very used condition. Ross and other discount stores in area have better prices for new items.

Everytime I come to this place the employees are rude and seem to have attitudes towards customers. The prices have also become unreasonable as if it's not a second hand store. Iv donated to this store an then end up seeing it on their selves for more than I had originally purchased it for. Needless to say I won't be donating or shopping here anymore.

Store only has fitting rooms open at certain times not listed anywhere. How are you supposed to try on clothes during store hours if the fitting rooms aren't open.

Over priced. There was a pair of jeans marked at $29.99 - I could buy the same pair, brand new, from Amazon for $26. There was a curtain rod for $7.99 - buy the same rod at Walmart for $6.99. The people doing the prices need to stop.Tried to get help from 2 employees, completely ignored by both. Possible that one did not speak English, however I'm sure he knew enough to say "No English" and yet I did not get even this from him, just completely ignored. This was my first time at any Goodwill ever; I will not return.

Donation, guess folks are picky. Don't accept desk chair in working order just a few imperfections on fabric
