I think this has been the WORST banking experience I have had in my entire life. After being approved for SSDI benefits recently (a rough 3 year battle) I received a check from my attorney. To circumvent any potential issues,, I took it to my local branch for deposit into my new account. After being told it all was good to go, I confirmed I had some funds available, (until next week when it would all be released). I took my dog to the vet yesterday and was shocked when I learned my card was rejected (in front of a busy line of people). I had to change an emergency dental appt I had yesterday afternoon to monday because I can't pay for it. (4 more days of mouth pain!). I called customer service who advised my account had been frozen and was under investigation for fraud. I went to the branch, but they said there was nothing they could do. Why wasn't I contacted before losing access to my money? I was grilled by the branch manager about the check, in public I have cried more in the last 24 hours than in the last 3 years combined. I have reservations at the coast this weekend with my boyfriend. I now cannot go, yet I still have to pay for it, since any deadliines to cancel or change the reservations passed. This will cost me at least $700. On top of being humiliated, you ruined something good and happy. I am devastated and heartbroken. Is this how you treat new and/or disabled members in your community? Shame on you. I will be closing my account as soon as humanly possible. My boyfriend will be doing the same with his account. Have a nice weekend. I know I won't.

Thus far, the customer service that I have experienced at this branch has been good. The manager referred me to one of their financial wellness consultants, who was efficient at opening my account, and very helpful, explaining some of the details to operate the opening of the account. The following day I had business at the branch arrived, and was provided with service by the branch manager, as my consultant was away from her office due to illness. He was respectful and courteous to provide me with simple services that were necessary for my personal checking and my business to function. I’m hoping that this banking relationship becomes a strong and solid piece of in my financial wellness. Time will tell.

don’t even waste your time coming here. i had to end up going inside because their atm wasn’t working. i walked in and wasn’t acknowledged. i tgere was two other women in there that wasn’t spoke to either. i ended up walking out. i’ve been to multiple locations and never delt with this

I went through hours on the phone and the only person that could really help me was John. he went above and beyond to help me. i could not expect better from mom. Please thank him because he saved 220k going into my acct monday by giving me my information.

My son decided to open a new account. He works late so got up early to have the time. When we arrived the customer who was there before us was being told the person she had an appointment with left for lunch and she'd have to wait until they got back. Then we were told we couldn't open an account at the time we were there because it would take 15 minutes and he couldn't take that time in case someone else comes in. I left feeling like I was not important or even worth his time. Not ok.

Have been a "customer" of Key Bank for 20 years. This is my local branch which up until last year was always efficient, friendly, accommodating, accurate, and time well-spent. Recent "customer service" changes eliminated tellers, and frequently their drive-up teller. Do I really need to park my car, go inside, wait in line (although not for long) to see a "banker".....

I'm always greeted with a smile and receive exceptional customer service from the staff here.Sometimes they do get very busy but they always acknowledge your presence in a very pleasant and professional way.Thank you Hannah and staff for always exceeding my expectations!!

Terrible customer service and lack of customer support. This is Thee worst bank/branch that I have ever been to. They have no problem sending you to another customer support contact because they failed at answering common questions about your account. If you find yourself needing to go to a bank near this location drive past this branch quickly. Also if you're thinking about opening an account with KeyBank DO NOT make that terrible choice. There are too many helpful supportive banks that will value your service and money. Not this one. (That's why they are only overall a 3 ⭐ bank).

Great experience so far. If you own a business, you rob yourself not talking to Travious and his team. After years of banking with Wells Fargo and being treated just like another number it the first time a banker asked me "What is it that you need to continue growing your business?" Very impressed.
