I used to love this place so much! Would count down the days for it to open, my go to shop for all the unique whimsical witchy things but lately every time I have visited, the experience just gets more unpleasant & worse.
It is supposed to be a place with healing calm energy, but one of the girls that work there makes it SO UNCOMFORTABLE & DRAINING by watching you like a hawk, thinking you are simply stealing their stuff every freaking time!!!!It’s not just once or twice, it has been every single visit since I started paying attention & noticing her eyes on you from head to toe, her deceiving and fake attitude with comments like “ooh you’re basket is getting full, want me to hold it for you”, constantly following you around not only with her eyes, and she doesn’t even hide it.
Even my husband, who introduced the store to me & used to go there since opening, related feeling the same way, noticing the same conduct I related to him & that this specific worker was making his own experience uncomfortable — and he wasn’t even holding a basket or buying anything. We want to have a calm, mystical experience, take our time and enjoy the diversity of each item under this “healing” environment - but unfortunately the last 5 visits have been the complete opposite with an inconvenient worker who can’t even control her bias thinking you’re stealing shit lol.
Today was were I drew the line, was calmly looking through the crystals & rocks to prepare a Litha altar for summer solstice & this same girl, stands right by me & comes with her eyes almost popping out of her face, watching every step I took — I was literally right in front of her, with tons of cameras surrounding me. She couldn’t even try to make it less noticeable, every time I put my basket on a different place, whenever I put my phone in my pocket or any move, she would turn her head around like a possessed doll with giant hawk eyes — SO INCONVENIENT AND UNCOMFORTABLE! 🤢 I never sensed good energies emanating from her since day one anyways.
Not only that, but things have gotten absolutely overpriced, I have spent over $500 at this place in the last 6 months, like come on now, every time I go is like $80-$100 do you really think I’m stealing? Do you think karma isn’t a biatch? I will definitely not be returning for a while now, enough giving my money away to an employee who has no respect for customers and no self control over their so biased & judgmental work conduct. All the other girls, you’re all kind & genuinely helpful, thank you for not ruining the shop for me! Please, improve, hope this helps!

I love this place! I could shop in here for hours. Just looking at everything is exciting to me, and I am like a kid so of course I have to touch everything as well.
They have everything you can think of...
Crystals, jewelry, trinkets, incense, candles, bibles, clothes, tarot cards, and sooooo much more.
They hand pick all there items so you can always know you are getting the best of the best.

ASK FOR SUMMER!
Summer is the most knowledgeable employee there. She can explain the properties of crystals, knows about Reiki, tarot cards, and is a sacred geometry instructor. Kathy the owner is AAAAMAZING!! An excellent leader, educator, and wonderful woman and business owner. I'm glad she's been able to keep Mystery Gallery open for the community! Family owned and run. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES :-)

I started shopping at mystery gallery back in 2015 and nearly All my crystals have come from this shop!!! Love the owners, the vibe, and mineral selection. Seems like You can go in every day and still find something new! Also the most reasonably priced crystals I’ve seen. Selection, price, location, and vibe 10/10🫶🏼

Absolutely love this place. I've been going here for about 5 years or so and never have a bad experience. They are constantly bringing in beautiful specimens. Went in there to get a few last minute gifts and they went above and beyond to package and box them up for me. Great gesture and will keep bringing me back. Thanks again

PERFECT!! The best metaphysical store in Oregon. The prices are so good, and it has practically every crystal you can think of. Absolutely amazing, just wish they were open more days.

I went in a couple weeks back and picked up a Egyptian musk roll on. It's already difficult with their schedule and my schedule to make them work so I only get into the store like once every 6 to 8 months. When I opened the Egyptian musk it's not Egyptian must. I contacted the store to let them know that anyway I hope you guys the role and I had purchased was mislabeled. The female that answered the phone was rather short and dismissive. In that same cross Behavior she informed me that there were no refunds. One I was not asking for a refund two I was only calling to inform that had been mislabeled. I found it to be exceptionally rude and I doubt I go back

Kinda felt like we were watched there entire time and maybe they thought I was a bad guy, but I love their selection and definitely recommend their store, don’t understand the way I was treated but oh well, give it a look if you like crystals
