I was confident that Pro-Tech could diagnosis and repair my truck. It needed a instrument cluster repair. Joe helped me out with arranging and paying for Uber ride home. I left truck and repair was done in acceptable time frame. I was very satisfied with my experience.

My serpentine belt disintegrated on my way to work today, and Pro-Tech was able to get my car in and fixed within just a couple of hours. Tony provided excellent customer service and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. If you need work done on your car, I highly recommend Pro-Tech — I’ll definitely be sending people their way!

Came in for a Pre Purchase Inspection, they are super fast and really thorough. Sent me a bunch of photos/videos and other helpful information. Checked everything I asked them to check and more. Can’t recommend enough for a PPI, great price and service.

Stopped here on my way from Ashland to Portland for a Xenon headlight fix on my BMW X5. The owner communicated really well before I arrived bed. Arnay was absolutely amazing. Kind and good at what he does. He had to pop off the bumper and a few other parts, handled it like a pro. Thank you Pro-Tech.

I have been here a few times now, and this review is way over due. They've repaired and replaced a few things now on my 2 cars. An alternator, front axle, fuel pump, transmission, ignition switch, and replaced an oil pan. I've been coming here a few years and my cars are so quiet and run very well. Their financing option is a huge help as well. Joe and his team have never disappointed and always go over their findings in detail. I'm very grateful to have found these guys a few years ago. To this day they are my go to shop.

I called this place meaning to call another place for a quote and I’m really glad I did. Joe has been nothing but awesome when it comes to communication and going above and beyond to help get my beat up Subaru back in working condition and on the road. He doesn’t jerk you around by any means and is fully transparent about how much things can cost and do cost.
Been nothing but an awesome experience.

On my 2005 sprinter 2500 I had them replace the brake pads & rotors. They picked up the vehicle, did the work in longer than estimated & returned it. A month or so later the brake light was on & i couldn't get any useful response from them. Their prices are competitive but they could communicate better and follow through. Not sure I'd use them again. I've given them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue.

I wouldn't trust this shop with my car, had them do a full inspection of my car and supposedly there wasn't any problems after purchasing it used. Come to find out from other shops that it needed a few things. Not very detailed.

I felt very much appreciated, that Pro-Tech Autoworks really gives attention to emails, and phone calls, they were right on it answer my question, and did everything they could to help.
I had ordered a Driver side mirror for my Mercury Cougar 1999. And when I called for an appointment so it could be done was easy, I don't think I spent an hr there.
I hope to continue having Pro-Tech as the care takers for they also know about Mercury Cougar and I am looking forward to have my car looking good again.
I want to thank you for the great service and friendly staff.
