I’ve gone in to this T-Mobile store twice in the last month, and both times had phenomenal customer service. I originally stopped in to see how much a new phone would cost and was assisted by James and Isaac J. They ended up helping me figure out something on my bill that had been an ongoing issue for 14 months, that I had asked about at 3 other stores but hadn’t gotten a resolution. They spent over an hour on the phone with customer care with me to make sure I was taken care of. When we were ready to purchase, we bypassed the store near our house to return to Oak Grove since they had been so helpful. We were assisted by Isaac W and the district manager Chris, and we recieved some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. They spent time making sure we were getting the absolute best deal. I will probably never go to a different at T-Mobile store and will drive out of my way to come here. The staff will give you one on one attention and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all so much!!!

Unhappy as hell, and feeling gaslit. I would have given 5 stars to this super nice staff, but now I'm giving 0 stars because my patience ran out when I left T-Mobile without a working phone after 3 visits and 3 hours (9/21 from 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm, 9/21 from 6 pm - 7:15 pm, 9/22 from 8 am - 9:15 am). I was told the extreme time delay was that the new iPhone 15 release is causing an update slowdown, and I could either 1) "come back when I have more time, or a day off" (3+ more hours) or 2) "try it at home, it's easy" (despite 2 experienced staff people not being able to get the new phone working). For future, T-Mobile staff, tell your customers up front if there will be issues, and what the time expectations are. I work full-time. I left without a functioning new phone, and I'm super disappointed, frustrated, and feeling gaslit. I have no idea when this iPhone 14 will work, but I am sure T-Mobile is charging for it every day. Zero stars, T-Mobile.

I wasn't there in person ,but my daughters were. All questions were answered and corrections were made and all went smooth and easy. Very professional and considerate. We're glad we .oved to T-Mobile!

Horrible service. Went in for a phone upgrade and the guy obviously didn't know what he was doing or just didn't care. Probably both. Took over an hour to figure out how to get the phone upgrade applied and then after finally figuring it out and spending way more time to then it should have to find a screen protector. Decided to say oh no actually this phone isn't eligible for an upgrade. Thanks for waisting my time!

This location deserves no stars. I came here because I was in the area and my phone was not charing properly while using the cable it originally came with. It's a $1000 phone and I figured it just needed the charging port connection area to be cleaned.The guy at the counter asked me the reason I was in so I told him. He immediately told me that I needed to purchase a new phone. I was caught off gaurd because I knew that my phone was fine and I just needed a solution for the charging issue. I told him that my phone works perfectly and I wanted to solve the charging issue. He then told me that they did not have any tools such as compressed air or cleaning implements to clean the charging port and that I needed to get a new phone.A customer who was being helped overheard my conversation with the sales rep and chimed in by saying "Hey sir, why don't you just try a wireless charger". I then asked the sales rep if they have any wireless chargers and he said yes they do. Really?? The sales rep didnt even want to suggest and easy cheap solution for me. But he then said they don't charge as fast and that may be a reason to think about my options. I get it he didn't want to help me at all. He just wanted to sell me a new phone.I had a little power left on my phone so I googled wireless chargers on Amazon and got one for $15.00, a much better price than the $45.00 this T-Mobile location was going to charge me. If your ever in this area go to the Clackamas Town Center T-Mobile location. Their staff is so helpful and friendly. The staff at this location are an utter joke.

Sunday July 9th I came inside T-moblie place after work to talked to someone bout Samsung Galaxy Note 10 case till this gentleman there that i dont know his name but he was tall, slender and always having conversation with me. He did helped me getting answers for my phone for Samsung galaxy note 10 case which they didnt carry those then he tooked his time to helping me figure out a phones at a reasonable price if i do want to get an upgrade which I did decied to get an update. He helped me so much and answered my question before leaving. So he was an excellent worker so keep him there. He 100.99% and thumbs up.

I’ve been to this store a few times now. I keep going back because they know what they are doing and personally identify with the customer. Maybe the best service in town?! Definitely better than online. This staff rocks.

spent $90 getting my phone fixed, I asked before hand if that'll cover the camera working too, and he said yes when I'm done with it, he only replaced the screen and wanted to charge me and other $50 for the camera. I asked for a refund and he said it would be $50 more for him to put my broken screen back on
