“Sweet people running the store and they literally have tons of stuff to see. Very friendly and very customer oriented. Very pleasant experience. Will return many times I'm sure.”
“This is a fabulous store owned by a true "character". Cheryl is one-of-a-kind and gifted with an ability to organize her thousands of items in a way that avoids a haphazard or junky appearance. You'll read a lot of negative reviews about her attitude toward customers. If you visit, just understand that she's very protective of her "stuff", and yes, overly sensitive about children being in the store. But if you'll accept her for who she is, respect her idiosyncrasies and allow her to engage you in conversation, you'll find she's full of knowledge about every single item. If you like to shop in silence, this may not be the store for you! But if you enjoy lapping up new info about collectibles from a colorful, even eccentric personality unlike anyone else you'll ever meet, then put aside your conventional expectations, engage your open-minded attitude, and you'll be able to appreciate a very unique personality and her incredible vintage/antique store.”
“Really cool, huge antique shop in the little historic town of Oakland Oregon. We moved here about a year ago and finally stopped in with my folks. Old timey clothing, shoes, boots, plates, nicknacks, furniture, western saddles, kids toys, tonka trucks, all types of collecters items, pottery, books, statues made of quarts and glass, decore and pretty much anything else you can think of. Spent about an hour looking around. My husband is a big record collector, as his father passed down his collection to him. We bought about 5 records and I found a book with the collection of bible stories for kids. If your looking for anything in particular I bet the gal running this store can help you find what you need. Something here for everyone of any age. Highly reccomend checking it out.”
