We went in to the storefront for the first time and asked about tallow for making soap and offal for making pet food. They had everything we needed and even gave us an amazing deal! The owners are nice and professional. Oh, and the sausages are delicious!

I worked for a rancher who always used these guys to butcher his stock. I know they were quick to deliver, and had great cuts of the meat ready. Very much worth the drive to pick up your butchered stock.
