Rice Hill Inn is a safe, clean, and friendly budget stay offering good value. The owners are very nice, accommodating, and pretty cool. Rooms are cleaned every day and have comfortable beds and pillows. It is a bargain and a great budget stay, though it is beside a freeway so there is not much to do. Guests should check Priceline or other booking websites for better rates. The parking lot feels safe for leaving vehicles. A noted letdown is that the pool has been out of service for years. Many guests recommend the place and would stay again.
I absolutely loved my stay here the owner was so nice and accommodating and the staff were very lovely and pleasant.The rooms were nice and clean and very roomy the hotel was very peaceful I would definitely stay here agian.

The Motel is good for a Family on a budget... The motel in Eugene we're 3 times the price.... I'd recommend
