Thank you so much for having exactly what we needed! We were hooking up lights on our vintage trailer and realized we needed a whole new wiring harness! You had it in stock & spur of the moment we were able to completely re-wire our trailer. We really appreciate you being there.

On a Saturday, @445pm, I called for availability and price of painters sheeting. They had what I needed, at a fair price, but.... Apparently they close at 4 on Saturdays. He asked where I was coming from (Yoncalla) and said.... Come on down. I'll wait for ya. That was Soo Friggin Awesome of him!

This visit was a really treat! The employee was extremely knowledgeable about the shower parts we were buying. He was endlessly appreciative of our business and kept thanking us for coming in. I really felt like he was happy to have us there. On top of all of that I'm positive i got higher quality hardware at a slightly cheaper price then lows or home depot. The store was a really cool old building and the employee told us a bit of the history. I'd go back to this store for the experience of it alone! Make sure to visit this store when you're in need of home care stuff. They will really be happy to help out!

Oakland is a small town which consist's of a main street which takes you in and out of town in a matter of minutes, and a cross street somewhere near the center that allows for a brief but nostalgic waltz thru modern day antiquated frontier land. The True Value store is a great example of how things here can maintain a bare minimum presence, and yet offer the direct assistance and professionalism one would expect from a sturdy outfitter of home improvement supplies. Called right before they were closing up as I was in need of work supplies on my way to a last minute job. They were nice enough to wait for me to get there and had exactly what I needed. Very good customer service. Highly recommend if you need hardware or packaging material in Oakland.
