I blew a boat trailer tire about 14 miles out of Oakridge. The spare only made it another mile or two before it blew also. Long-story-short I had to leave the boat overnight til Oakridge Tire Center opened Monday morning. I'm grateful they had a pair of tires in stock for my uncommon size as no one in Eugene did.

They gus replaced the 1st tire and I went back to my trailer but discovered that the tire studs and/or the lug nuts had stripped then jammed so that I couldn't get 2 of the 5 lug nuts off.

Thoroughly stymied I returned to Oakridge Tire Center. Tim was super awesome and drove their work vehicle up while Kanyon single-manned the shop. Tim had to cut off the two jammed lug nuts after which we were able to put on the tire with the 3 remaning tire studs and got back to the shop safely. Tim then put in two new tire studs for me in short order while Kanyon replaced the tire on my spare.

I appreciate you guys! Professional and very cool. You went out of your way to help me and really should have charged more of a service fee than you did despite my protestations.”
