I called to make a reservation, and the person who answered the phone to provide costumer service was so incredibly rude, I couldn't go through with the booking. Then after calling around town a bit, I was able to book a room at a competing hotel (with much nicer looking rooms, from the photos) for $50 less per night! In a world where almost everyone books these things online, I feel like I definitely dodged a bullet by getting a taste of their customer service over the phone before committing. The guy I spoke with was a nightmare, and I would not have wanted to experience his attitude in person...

We got room with king bed. It was clean, very large and included a sofa bed. Staff/Owner where very nice and informative. Will definitely stay there whenever we are in the area.

The hotel staff made me pay twice for my night because it was a booking...
They made me believe that the booking payment would not work and as I had entered my bank card to validate the reservation so I paid at reception and via booking because they said I had not paid
They are thieves!

No pool or hot tub despite those being the main pictures. They've been closed for over three years. EV charger worked but was super expensive

Clean, quiet, and the gentleman working the night of Oct. 6th was a rockstar!! It is not very easy to find a hotel when you are in a semi and with only 1 room left he held it while we made our way there. Will 100% stay here again!!

Okay rooms for a decent price, but for me the staff is what set this place apart.
While my family and I were traveling we decided to spend a night here and I'm glad we did. At check in the gentleman behind the desk made jokes with my family and talked to us a bit about our travels.
A bit later a fellow lodger lost her cat so I went to help her look for it. (Sidenote for anyone concerned we did find the cat in the room, she hid inside the beds box spring mattress.) We started by going up to the office to ask for help. The same gentleman that checked my family in was there and he was extremely nice and helpful, unfortunately I don't remember his name.
He allowed us to watch the video surveillance to see if we could spot the cat leaving. We spent 10-15 minutes with him going through the footage, viewing it multiple times, trying to see the cat dash out of the room with no luck. Each time we asked to rewatch something he gladly did it for us all while trying to help comfort the owner.
When that didn't yeild any results the cat's owner and I spent some time searching the property. The land surrounding the Inn is well looked after and although the hotel is on Oregons Highway 58 rarely any vehicles drive by making it peaceful.
While there's no swimming pool or juccizi, the outdoor gazebo makes a great relaxing spot.
When we didn't find the cat outside we decided to go through every inch of their hotel room. Both our rooms were clean and the rooms are about average size. The only issue I had was with the shower head, there was excessive water pressure. However with my only issue being the water pressure I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed one night and had a good experience. Beds were comfy, check in was easy. We accidentally left something in the room. We called the front desk and the owner went to the room and got it for us, until we could return and get it picked up! Super helpful and very nice to deal with.
The only complaint I have is we had a hair I’m the shower. But other than that. It was clean.
Nearby activities: We went it a Ducks game. It was great to get out of the madness and extreme expense in Eugene!!

I stayed here for 5 days and felt like the rooms were really clean and well maintained. I had a problem with the shower draining slowly but management got the problem fixed and the rest of my stay was very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable.
The management was really good about working with me to extend my stay and overall it felt like a good value.
Depending on who is above you if you're on the bottom floor you may hear them walking around. I would recommend a room on the second floor if you want a quieter atmosphere although it wasn't enough of a bother for me to try and switch rooms. I only noticed it a couple of times.
Overall I was happy with my choice to stay here and would stay again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and a very good value. If you want a good night of rest and aren’t expecting a resort, this is your place. The manager was very kind and helpful. Oakridge is full of nice surprises like this hotel and some nice restaurants.

The front desk gentleman was really nice and the parking lot and atmosphere was nice and well lit. Unfortunately there was some major oversights with housekeeping - shower had hairs in it, a couple pillows looked unwashed, and there were nail clippings on the comforter of 1 of the 2 beds. I came in super late and woke up around 4:30am and got out of there as quick as I could. I felt really unclean. Aside from the housekeeping issue everything was good otherwise.
