Awesome shop! Stopped in to put up a flyer and found a huge selection of outdoor goods for camping, hiking, biking, disc golfing, cooking, and so much more. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and worth returning to visit all on their own. I'll definitely be utilizing this place for all my future outdoor pass purchases, camping/hiking equipment and educational materials if the topic is nature based. Thanks for the help, the amazing new book, and the great company, Steve, Marcelo and Olivia. You guys are phenomenal! (Seriously, a comic book cookbook?!? How cool is that?)

I rented a great bike for a full day. They were there early enough so we could still make the first shuttle, and Marcelo met us at a park after closing so I could still enjoy the final ride of the day. Friendly, awesome vibe, and a 5 star experience!

My 17-year old son went out on his first solo mountain bike vacation last week and he did a number on his bike while riding Waldo. I’ve been riding for over 30 years and I’ve never seen such a thoroughly destroyed derailleur.
Willamette Mountain Mercantile treated him right! They could have charged him a LOT more for labor, but they gave him a great deal, fixed his bike up in an hour, and gave him a solid ride recommendation.
Thanks WMM! You saved his trip!

Saved my vacation! I had a crash that took out my rear wheel, and they were kind enough to repair it in a few hours for a very reasonable amount (replacing spoke, truing the wheel, and fixing the shifting). The shop also has a great vibe and carries a variety of cool camping and cycling gear. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service! Was passing through Oakridge excited to sneak a ride in on my way home. After unloading my bike, I realized I had lost my front thru axle. On a whim, I stopped into the shop to see if they had any replacements for sale. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. Instead of sending me home empty-handed and bummed, however, they let me borrow a thru axel from a bike for-sale in the window. They also provided some great beta for the ride. Saved the ride and the day. Highly recommended.

Great shop! Owner Marcello is class act. Worked on my bike for free to get me though a bike pack trip. He is clearly in it for the love of people, the area, and his sport rather than the holy dollar. Will be returning whenever I can.
