Great people working there. Even though I ran into very strange issues with zoom Dr. appointments, and strange billing issues, of the likes I have never seen while filling my prescription, the Pharmacist and staff were all very kind and helpful.

Super disappointed in the customer service, at both the grocery and the pharmacy. They absolutely will not go out their way to help. Pharmacy staff are nosey, and full of excuses. I am not trying to hear all that. I want to hear Sorry, How can we help, etc.
Customer Service no longer exists, not just here but anywhere!
The convenience of picking meds while shopping is not worth it. Prices too high, poor quality (online order had rotten strawberries)--how does that happen?

A very clean well rhyme store, but the standout is the pharmacy. Unbelievable care for each person and truly mornalizable than my so called doctors at valley family.

It's pretty small but they just sarted up kinda but the male pharmacist that works there makes it all worth it he is very nice patient and very smart he has helped me multiple times find what I needed and made sure I understand everything and even suggested alternatives to some things to speak to my doctor about amazing person it's worth it to check it out

Took a prescription there because rite aid was out and they were who was open.
Pharmacist was very unknowledgable about OHP insurance; tried to tell my husband his prescriptions from the ER were not covered because the ER doctor was not an OHP covered Dr.
Hubby had to go back to the ER, who called the pharmacist and informed him he was wrong.
Because of the pharmacists error hubby still had to pay out of pocket for one of the prescriptions because "it had already been filled"

Ezmerelda was the least helpful person I think I have ever had to do business with. She is short tempered, not very knowledgeable in my opinion, and she seems like she's got better places to be.it took four visits to the counter with her advising each time that my daughter's prescriptions would be ready in fifteen min. Than proceeded to put evry single other customer in front of me until I was all that was left. She honestly made me feel pretty damn low about myself. Never again. I'm embarrassed Albertsons would employ a person like her. So super sad. I will never come back and I will advise every one I know to detour thier business elsewhere.

My local Albertsons. I got here to redeem my bottle deposit rebates and get green bags for recyling. Also, for their cut fruit because I'm a lazy human. The employees here are pretty nice, can't complain. The new pharmacy is new enough. They could expand their cider selection.

Horrible service Ching has no clue what he is doing, doesn't check to see if the medication is available before sending a refill to your DR, repeatedly has lied and just doesn't know what is going on which makes this pharmacy a nightmare, the pharm techs are awesome especially Kristi, but because of Ching use the Payette Albertsons pharmacy it's worth driving ten minutes. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE

Amber in the Deli was extremely rude for no reason at all. I waited my turn then I smiled and said hi :) She glared at me without a word. I said can I get some sliced turkey please. She continued to glare and act as if I ruined her entire life by being there. The kind of turkey I wanted the slice width and even the pound amount I wanted was excruciatingly annoying to her apparently. From start to finish I have never had a customer service experience this awful in my entire life. She was so extremely cruel and demeaning that I cried when I left. It ruined my entire day.
