They replaced the Motor in my car did a great job got my car back when they stated it would be done. We also got our truck tires from there great quality tires and quality service.

I had taken my vehicle in to have the alignment checked out because it kept pulling every which way, the guy checking it out pulls my vehicle upfront and comes in with the keys, tries to leave them at the counter but the other guy motions to give them to me. The guy gave me the keys and told me to have a nice day, didn't tell me anything, so I asked him what was up and he told me it was perfectly balanced and aligned. Two months later my front driver's side tire is almost bald. Took it in to get new tires at a different shop and they told me my alignment was way off and my tires would've been fine for a while longer if I had gotten it aligned previous. Thanks for costing me a new set of tires guys! You're obviously not the best.

Experience was ok they quoted us a price then chages it when we went in to actually get the tires. They didn't tell us price range when we went in and said we need to get tires on the vehicle just tried giving us the expensive ones without asking first so make sure you ask questions when u go get tires there. But customer service was good we asked them to fix our spare but broke our valve stem on it and we had to go back in and have them fix it again

American Tires had the best price for my tires. This price comparison was with other tire shops in the Ontario, Oregon and Nampa, Idaho area. Their service was fast with a minimal wait time. Their customer service was excellent and friendly!

Got a estimate for tires and from a few different places . American tire wasn't the cheapest but the closest to our shop. Leon's Pumps. However what the was supposed to be at and no extra wood done it became over 700 hundred more than we where given. We asked about it and was offered an oil change. Good bye. We will pay our bill but I am sticking too Schwabs

On our trip we rented a Volkswagen golf and the nice fellows here repaired it, a nail stuck in the tire, for free. We thought we were going to have to replace it. They were amazing. THANK YOU!

I’m actually a tow truck company dropping off a vehicle that had been repaired before and something failed. they were honoring their work. which I was surprised because most places won’t do that anymore especially when it’s been a few months back. I would highly recommend this place just based off of warranty

I have a 2023 Hyundai Elantra. Had a screw in my tire while driving around Boise. Swung by a tire shop there and they couldn't fix the hole so they put my donut on and I was on my way since they didn't have the tire I needed in stock and I live an hour away. I called the Hyundai dealer hoping to pick up the tires I need and they had none in stock. So I called the new tire shop in Ontario, American tire and they had the tires I needed in stock and got me in the next morning to get them replaced since I went for all new tires. Perfect timing since I have to drive to Nevada to in a couple of days and they had a great price for the tires and install. Happy with the service.
