“Rick's Custom Rods and Repair have been wonderful to work with. I have a 1926 Ford model T. I drive it a lot. I can call and even on a time line they get me in. My alternator went out the day before the Payette cruise. They knew I needed one crome and got it in. I was able to cruise. The following day we had the cars in the park and got people's choice award. Couldn't have done it without them. I have used them a few times for this car. They are affordable, quick and they explain everything. They are knowledgeable and go over and beyond. It's hard finding mechanics that share your passion for history on wheels. I look forward to referring friends, family and those I meet along they way to them.”

I called this morning and got in and new tires on and have to say how pleased I am with them! I will be buying additional tires as I always have from Les Schwab, especially In Ontario, (as you save sales tax,) and these guys are so polite and professional and prompt with service, And they got me right in on schedule and wasted no time at getting my vehicle done as I waited.? If you need to buy tires, an alignment, or your tires checked, Les Schwab is always so helpful and greet you with a smile and a friendly face.

“This place has TOP tier service! I don't think I'll ever even look at another dealership after visiting this place! I took my parents truck in for an oil change and was greeted very kindly. They offered to rotate tires and also wash the exterior once they were finished. The oil change was complimentary, btw, because my parents purchased their truck there. But even if I had paid to do the oil, it was a super good price. While I waited I was offered water, full coffee bar, chips, and popcorn. Lots of outlets in lobby in case u have to charge phone while you wait. Free wifi and comfy environment. 12/10 would go back any day of the week!”

“I was traveling through Ontario, trying to get back to Spokane Washington for a flight later in the week and had a DEF warning message that came on that was about to limit my progress and shut me down. The shop was booked out a few days, so I was going to leave the truck and get a rental car so I could make it back in time for my flight. Once Seth heard I was going get a rental car, he told me to wait around a bit before I got the car. Both Seth and Jamey discussed my issue, thought it may be a simple issue and did a quick diagnostic. To my surprise, it was a quick fix like they thought and I was back on the road within the hour. I can't say enough to express my gratitude to Seth, Jamey and the shop crew for saving me not only the expense of a rental car from Ontario to Spokane, but also the time I would spend having to drive back the 8 hours to pick up the truck later.Ontario Auto Ranch's Service Department is "Top Tier"”
“When our motorhome broke down we ended up having it towed to kenworth. We were happy we chose this business. Shelby was great and let us stay in our motorhome which made life so much easier as we had 2 small dogs and a cat. She was good letting us know cost of parts an estimate of labor. Chris the first mechanic was very good - diagnosed the issue right away- as was the other fellow (sorry can't remember his name) who finished the job for us on Friday when Chris was off. Thanks again for the service provided in a not fun situation. We would definitely use them again but hope not to have to.”
