honest and helpful mechanics who don't want to see someone stranded. fair price for good work. broke down on the freeway and got towed there in a late night emergency, lead mechanic was quick on the problem despite us coming out of nowhere in the middle of a completely booked week. appreciated the whole team being willing to help 2 sleep-deprived travelers trying to get home after a long trip.

They were unable to service our fire engine but did some calling around on our behalf and got us a local shop to make the repair and get us back on the fire. Thank you guys so much!

We came to Cone Automotive for a 3rd opinion on our 2013 Subaru. Everybody else diagnosed Head Gasket, Brian said hold up, it didn’t make sense. Brian treated the mysterious oil problem like a ‘Who Done It’ mystery – searching, testing, thinking, analyzing, talking with expert colleagues, and solving the mystery, saving us thousands of dollars. Brian has a passion for his profession, a resolve for identifying core issues, and inherent honesty. A mechanics mechanic! We'll be back! Thank You!

Always a pleasure to work with this shop. I find them to be very kind, efficient, trustworthy, and timely. They have great communication as well. If something is taking longer then expected they will let you know without hesitation. This is probably the best shop we have in town. At least in my opinion. Thank you for everything you guys do at Cone Automotive.

We've used Cone for years! My friend Shirley's husband was a trucker. He instructed Shirley to take their cars to Cone's. That's how I first learned about them!When Brian and Donya purchased the business, we stayed with them!They're great! If, for any reason, there is a problem with the repair, they will fix it!They are great!

Honest, skilled, mechanics, and they are very kind, dog friendly people too. I always appreciate that. Cones won't take advantage of you. I thought for sure I had a bad wheel bearing, and I told them as much. He called back and said that "my bearings are fine, and all I was missing is a tie rod" and he fixed it for a fair price, and had it done that same day, so I wasn't out of a car anymore than one day. Especially when he could have also charged me for a wheel bearing replacement, and I would have been none the wiser. Best Auto shop in Ontario, hands down. Thanks Cones! I'm sure I'll be back!... Just hopefully I don't have to come back anytime soon.

On I-84 heading from Ogden to Baker City when my truck’s alternator failed as I was approaching Ontario. Just happened to be almost to a rest area when it happened. On the advice of a rest area employee, I called Cone’s and Brian said bring it on in, so since I was only a short ways away I limped the truck to the shop. Brian took time away from what he was already doing to help me out, and had the alternator replaced and me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Brian and his wife are a class act besides running a top drawer auto repair shop. Thank you so much…
