10 out of 10 ⭐️ do not recommend. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve EVER received from a Cricket store. Employees won’t even TRY to help, have a horrible attitude and zero work ethic.

Went in today to switch a number off the account and add a different number. instead the lady working took the line off and added it back. As we were getting a new phone to keep the 4 lines we browsed what they had and was quoted $100 less than what I paid in the same visit. Lady who helped was very dismissive to every one I came with and only pleasantly spoke to the 2 different Spanish men who came in while we were there. Next time we'll take the time to go to another store.

They sold me a Defective phone. When I called them about it the saleswoman was rude and said it was my fault I didn't get insurance on the phone. Which it was a cricket made phone that had a warranty on it..

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! If I could give zero stars and write a review I would. I have been a cricket customer for over 10 years. I used to get actual customer service. They would act as if I was welcome and wanted to help me.. not act as if I was an inconvenience to their screen time. Next time I will drive the extra 20 min or shop online. At the Ontario store the "employees " if that what they are never leave their seats.. they do not acknowledge you.. if you consider a meh "hi" after your halfway thru the store a hello. I have never been offered help at this store. When I came in not knowing what phone I wanted .. she never got off her seat to help me with the unlabeled phones. When I left after walking around the counter she never said goodbye..even after I thanked her. Then I came in after looking online. Knowing pretty much what I thought I wanted. Once again.. a meh acknowledgement and barely eye contact. I think she was actually texting while I spoke to her. I bought the phone which I would just transfer my old Sim into and then I left. No thank you. I left feeling disgusted AGAIN. then a about a month later I walked in at 7:05 NO HELLO just WE'RE CLOSED. I replied the sign says 730.. they said they hasn't changed the time. Never once said they were sorry never once left their seated positions. I walked out actually upset about the disregard for customer service. I have been in the hospitality business for 20 years I have never treated any of my guests so rudely. I was disappointed and disgusted. Finally it came to a point when I absolutely had to get my daughter a phone.. and add a line. Not only do I feel they overcharged me and when I questioned that they responded with uuuuhh we don't do that. When I had done that very same thing before. When I asked about it being cheaper online and no activation charge they replied no its more expensive. I left feeling like I totally had gotten taken advantage of and they just wanted the sale. Half way thru the transaction I almost walked out but time was of the essence and I actually had to buy a new phone and add a line. They were not helpful not knowledgeable. I once again got the barely meh greeting. The attitude was I was a total inconvenience. The girl that actually helped me I think was new..but her boss just sat on her phone and when the girl asked questions she almost seemed aggravated that they were asked. Would suggest an attitude adjustment and if you want people to shop at this store at least act like you're kinda happy to potentially make a sale. I get they probably get a lot of different types of people and sometimes people aren't great. But I was not a bad person to deal with I knew kinda what I wanted I knew I wanted to add a line. I was giving them sales . I got no thank you. I normally would never write a review.. but I feel maybe people should know.

went into this store in ontario oregon, when i walked in she looked annoyed that i was there. i told the very rude lady that i didnt think my phone was charging right. she automatically said so you want a new phone? my friend said to me isnt that phone new and i said pretty much. the rude annoyed lady ask do you have ins? i said yes. the very rude lady says well we dont have any thing to do with the ins. i asked then whats the point in buying the ins. the very rude lady says to fix it. well why cant you fix it here, the very rude lady says cause we just cant. i kept asking her questions about the insurance and she says very loud i told you what the insurance is for. theres a reason i didnt quit understand, i have learning disabilities and i was only trying to understand what she was saying. i should be free to ask as many questions as i want and she should not loose her temper.this place is a joke, the employees are disrespectful, get a different job if your not happy, think about people that have to work in the fields and they love there job.

worst store ever, Go to any other Cricket Store and they take the time to help you. Not here. They tell you to call 611. They don't care all they do is sell phones and take payments. They have absolutely no customer support.

This store has given me nothing but a run around for the last month. Not to mention every other time I call they take turns calling one another liars. They have been rude and very unprofessional.

Worst experience I ever had at a cricket store. David acted like I was bothering him coming into the store and was put out I ask to buy a SIM card told me I couldn’t. Well I have been a customer in auto pay for 7 years and have an active account he didn’t even bothering to ask that, Next I couldn’t buy a SIM card without a phone Iwill never stop at this location again
