Went to this dollar tree today to buy 4 photo frames. I frequent this dollar store because I live very close to it. Just so happened when I got home 3 out of the 4 frames were cracked. One of them I didn’t realize until after I opened it and the other 2 were still in their packaging. I didn’t notice they were cracked cause I picked up all 4 at once and didn’t look at them individually (my fault). When I went back to return them I got accused by the store manager of breaking them myself!. He said “I’d assume they weren’t broken when you bought them”. Weren’t you raised not to assume things about people you don’t know?. Because yeah I’m totally gonna break a $1 photo frame on purpose just to go get another $1 photo frame and waste my gas to do so. That makes total sense. I’ll be shopping at the other dollar trees from now on. I’m severely offended by that and there was no need for it whatsoever considering 2 of the photo frames weren’t even opened.. Be careful if you shop here because if you return something that is broken he might accuse you too!

I showed up to the store 10 minutes before their posted closing time (8:50) and they had already locked their doors. I called and apparently this is a regular occurrence for them so that the employees can leave earlier and not have to spend time after closing to close up and clean up, ya know like proper businesses do AFTER their posted closing time. Turning away customers when you’re supposed to still be open, is very bad for business and I’m sure the owner will be thrilled to hear his employees are making him lose money. It’s also very poor business etiquette to be closing before posted times for selfish reasons. As someone who runs an organization and spends hundreds with this store regularly for supplies, I will be doing my business elsewhere, and I’m sure others who have encountered this issue will as well.

I understand the store is messy and not well organized but I need to say, there's an employee named Michael that works there and they are an absolute angel. I was having a really rough day and they were so incredibly kind to me even though it was so packed because of Easter coming up. I really appreciate the generosity!?Also I get a bunch of stuff I need to for super cheap which is a plus.

This location is not very organized. It's always cluttered with product in disarray and boxes of product on the floor. I've heard they are short staffed, so I can forgive that. Customer service is lacking. The cashier's are often not very friendly. Their selections are minimal here as it's a smaller store. I've never checked out quickly here either. So don't be in a hurry to get in and out. There's ALWAYS a line and expect to wait at least 5 minutes. I try to avoid this location and prefer the stores in Idaho, but sometimes I pop in to get something small for the grandkids, just to remind me why this isn't my favorite $1 store location.

Walked in to buy lots of organization items... spent about 2 minutes in there and walked right out. This store is trashed! By far the worst dollar store I have been to. Safety should be a concern but apparently not! I will not spend money in a store that doesn't care about the safety of their customers.

Amazing selection. I bought much need dish soap, large sized for a buck. No line at the check out. The clerk was super courteous.

Your average dollar tree with friendly staff. I went 2 days before Christmas so stock was low but thats on me for being late. Always friendly and helpful.

This store has always been somewhat disorganized, but its now very dirty, and a hazard to shop. Corporate never visits? I doubt they can even do an accurate inventory..I am shocked its allowed to look like it does. Sad that nobody cares or wants to put the work into getting the place shoppable, I saw 6 employees, that's enough to make a huge dent in an 8 hour shift. Lazy managers or lack of...head on out to the payette location, it's clean and shoppable at least.

Always clean and neat good prices and many name brands and they have 5.00 off 25.00 coupon almost every week and you can mix and match items
