Honestly haven't ever had a bad experience here they've always been very good to work with for me. Costumer service has been really great with me on returns if there's an issues and helpful with information ove needed. Sometimes staff is a little hard to find but it's not a small store.

This store has customer service that is so pathetic words can't describe. About 2 years ago I ordered a freezer from them. They gave me a date when it would be in the store. A couple days after it was suppose to arrive I had not heard anything from them. So I called. Lady on the phone said it was in and I told her I would be down the next day to pick it up. She then said wait and then asked someone where this freezer was at. I heard male tell her to just tell me it wasn't in. It appears they sold it to someone else. I decide to give them another chance and went in their store while I was in ontario. Had the refrigerator picked out that I wanted. Was very explicit I wanted white. Ordered it paid for it and left. Refrigerator gets delivered wrong color. They said they can order another one in that was the correct color. I told them I needed it in a week or it couldn't happen. They said they couldn't do it sooner then the 25th which is after the date I said it could work. I then canceled the order. I was then told I would have to come to ontario to get my refund pr wait for a check to arrive from Atlanta Georgia. So now I have to drive about 200 miles round trip to get my money back since the refused to refund my money to my debit card.

Bought some pre planted tomato plants. Got them abs put in a great light area. The the next day half of the leaves were eaten up and the rest looked like they were dying. We've been trying to give all the care we can but still look sad. We bought them preplanted and they weren't cheap. We also bought a regular tomato plant that we had to plant. It had the same issue but once we replaced the soil and treated it for bugs it's doing great now. The other one I don't think will make it. So sad...

Poor management!! Between 0830 and 0900, not a soul on the flour to help! After 10 minutes of looking for what I needed I went up to Customer Service. Associate on the phone with 3 people in line waiting. She was obviously frustrated because she couldn't get whomever she was trying to contact in the store to answer the phone. I asked an associate standing at the other desk to help me find the faucet aerators, and he did. I told two men who had also been looking for help to follow me because no one else was out there. They did.When I asked the associate to check me out at customer service he said he couldn't because he wasn't a checker. So I had to walk the full length of the store to SELF checkout. Dang poor management!! Shop locally? Hello Amazon.

I feel like everytime I go in the store with my baby the staff on the floor treats me like a nuisance. I asked someone to cut lumber for me and he asked his coworker if he would want to do it instead and he said no to which the first guy laughed and said yeah me either. Usually the girls working the check out stands are nice to me though and I appreciate that.

Purchased a Cub Cadet Riding Lawn mower. Purchased it, left and returned with a trailer (approx 1.5 hours), thinking Home Depot (HD) would have the mower unlocked, manuals available and ready for us to load. Arrived and no one available to load, finally five people show up, mower not unlocked and no manuals, so we stand around and wait until the mowers unlocked. One of the 5 takes off to get the kets and manuals, two others leave , two load the mower and leave. The fifth shows up with the keys and manuals, hands them over and leaves.
Wrong manuals, wrong keys, I'm back in line for customer service,who finds the correct manual and keys.
Customer Service was great from the customer service reps and the five other who assisted.
Recommend HD, lean their mower sales process and ensure the keys/manuals are identified for each mower type.

Don't care for the parking lot, designed for compact cars not pickups which most do it your-selfers use to shop for home improvement supplies," Yeah just strap those sheets off plywood to the roof, we can run the studs through the windows." I can see some small parking spots but jeese.

We have purchased pallets of Scott’s brown mulch for quite a few years. We purchased 3 pallets this past weekend and was so disappointed as there was larger chunks, garbage, even a large rock in bags we opened. It was so dark it almost looks black. Then we opened another pallet and it was what we have had in the past. Golden brown and smaller chunks. Horrible! Be aware and check the bags. We got absolutely junky mulch.
