“Ken and his team are caring compassionate and take the time to listen to everything I ask, and believe me I am a problem child full of questions lol. Nikki (spelling) has the biggest heart, showed such care for me when I lost my husband. This insurance company finds the best deals around unlike another company I won’t mention. Ken has a gold mine in his employee for sure! She is amazing! Just to ad a comment- I contacted USAA and they were quite higher than what Farmers offers. And they say they are for their Veterans! They didn’t even want to insure me so I went with another company that was not a good fit. Ken and his group are the very best. I never should have left them, but when my budget was so strained I THOUGHT I could find a better deal, what I found was no compassion. I look for that in everyone I deal with. I’ll never change again.”
