Great Stop for RV Travelers – Love’s Travel Stop
We had a great experience stopping at Love’s Travel Stop with our Class A motorhome flat-towing our Jeep. It’s one of the first gas stations we’ve come across that offers dedicated RV fuel pumps, conveniently located off to the side and separate from the truck lanes — making it so much easier to get in and out. The layout is spacious, clean, and well organized, making it a perfect stop for RV travelers. Highly recommend for convenience and ease of use!

The cashier gave me the wrong tobacco product so when I went to finish pumping my fuel , I noticed it was the wrong product. I went back in the store to exchange it and the cashier said she couldn't exchange it while admitting that it was her fault. I called the store amd asked for the manager, and she was very rude about telling me that she wouldn't correct their mistake. I know that you will not miss my 11 trucks amd 13 buses fueling at Loves. Not to mention the amount of money that my employees spent inside the store, where your real profit is made. Pilot and other truck stops will appreciate the business. You have lost a good customer at every Loves truck stops. The manager lied and said I looked at the product before I walked out of the store, and she knows she lied. Maybe you need to do some retraining on customer service and learning the products.

The facility is clean. The workers are friendly. And after traveling for two days, I appreciated the warm shower in the Love's Travel Shop. They provided the clean towels and there is even body wash in the shower if you need it. The shower room has a sink and toilet and only $18.00 to shower. Happy customer 🥸👍🏽

TIRE SHOP 10/01/2025
I can’t sleep from feeling like I just got scammed by Loves-Caldwell OR. I went to check my Air pressure and the stem just let the Air out. I immediately drove 12 miles to Loves before I ran out of Air. The female told me to park after I told her I’m about fully out of Air now on my DS STEER.
She told me it should be about $50 to repair. She called and told me to drive around and come in on the opposite side that I was facing. It made no sense since the Driver before me, I was parked behind. I just drove straight in SLOWLY because now I have no Air.
The young man was just standing there SIZING ME UP, in my opinion. PLOTTING. I sat in the front seat as he took the Tire off. Then he disappeared with it. Instead of calling me out the Truck to view his findings.
He tried to say he may need to replace the Rim or something like that.
The girl called me saying I needed a new Tire. I met the guy at the Tire and there’s this strange dig out inside the Tire.
She said her cheapest Steer Tire was $552 and the total cost would be $670- $15 if I take me Tire. I asked him to replace the Tire so I could go elsewhere. He claimed that he could not. He said he can’t even put Air in it.
This makes no sense. I think they are possibly in there scamming Drivers. I have the Tire and am going to take it for a 2nd opinion to see how this could have happened. There is no damage outside the Tire.

This location is easy to get to and the thing I like about it the most is it has RV fuel pumps which gives extra space for people driving or towing RVs trailers etc. making it easier to get in and out of. The inside of the store is clean, the bathrooms are fairly clean. Someone did come into clean the restroom as I was walking out. The unleaded gasoline was inexpensive for the area.

My car broke down just outside of Ontario. Long story short I ended up here. The staff understood my situation and let me stay for ten hours here. Although I had a terrible day Love’s made it better and the staff here were amazing and kind!

This place was dirty almost everywhere. Trash outside, overfilled garbage cans, messy bathrooms, stained nasty concrete. This place was a disaster.
