Do not use this store go to a corporate store. Ephraim sold us the plan and someone elses name is now on our account??? ? Emily the worker arugued with my son and tried to imply us being rude because we questioned how to access our account without the Ph#. Now what Emily didn't know was I am blind. So when I made motions indicating to much talk it is an indicator to my son that things need to hurry along. But instead Emily lost her composure and became very unprofessional when she verbally attacked me and tried to imply that I was rude!! . My son told her i wasnt being rude. Unfortunately, Emily and her coworkers lack the intelligence to realize that
1. you NEVER argue with a customer
2. you dont use your position as a cashier/salesperson to intimidate or be condescending to the customer.
3. you use common sense and apologize for inconveniences not act like some chica from the hood ready to fight.
my advice BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID of this store.

Loved my experience at the Ontario Oregon location. The employee (Itzel) who helped us she asked for a price range we were able to uphold and went off of that with great options with the phones and the payment plans. Amazing customer service and I loved how she allowed for us to get in and out with more then we were going to get in the first place, so thank you girl we will be back to ask for ur services again!?

Metropcs has got to be the worst carrier on the planet. Just tried to pay my bill but their site won't let me. I now have no phone connectivity and literally no way to pay my bill without going into the store. It's like their technology is from 20 years ago. What a disgrace.

The store in Ontario has gone through some changes including management. I use to love going in! The vibe was amazing,but now I cringe. I have had a very terrible experience and no one to contact about the issues. I'll deal with the next 6 months, then take my service somewhere else. It truly appears that this company no longer functions on happy customers. You can't even talk to someone higher than the terrible manager. Your fake apology on Google was not necessary. If you truly wanted to help you would have reached out.

The store in Ontario, Oregon is an awesome place to visit! Two guys were working and both had GRRAT customer service! They not only dealt with myself, but three other customers who visited as well! The guys were knowledgeable about each and every device I had questioned which ranged from phones to tablets and "goodies" available! I will be going back in the near future to make several purchases!!! I recommend visiting Metro PCS soon!!!!! Good job guys☺ keep it up

We have been with Metro PC since 2014. I went in to buy new phones for me and my sister. We were not told that the phones were an UPGRADE. My sister did not like her phone so I took it back 2 days later to get a refund. I was told it was an upgrade so you can't return it. And the keys that were with the phones were taken out and not given to us. It may seem small to people but the money is important and the key that let's me put an SD card in is not there. If your the owner or manager and answer this complaint at least leave an email so I can get with you about this. I payed for the phones in full.

Angry...phone purchased & was told " yes its returnable if not satisfied"! Phone was Horrible & didn't work properly & took it back within 48 hrs & wasn't refunded bc it was an " upgrade" we were out over 200.00$. Fleecing of the working class. Pathetic phone & will lie to sell.
