Definitely don't recommend going her with your dogs, dropped off 2 dogs the male was just getting a basic bath and nothing else and my female was getting a bath with nail trim and something for her shedding. This is the first time my female has been there due to the fact she has only been with us for a couple days, they fought me on the paperwork because supposedly she didn't have an up to date rabies vaccine. I got this dog through a local shelter and they have to make sure everything is up to date before they can re-home their dogs, that being said she is a great dog very well mannered and shows no aggression at all and from the start both of the girls working there acted as if they were afraid of her, by the end of this experience all she got was a basic bath and my male ended up getting the special bath and all the extras and had his nails trimmed ( even though they didn't need to be ) and the excuse we got was she tried to get out of the bath so they proceeded to call it quits on her and focus all their attention onto my male. They over charged me for the males basic wash and then still tried to bill me for all the extras that were for the female and when I picked them up he was completely dried off and my female was still wet to the point they offered to give me a towel for her for the ride home. All in all it was a huge waste of time and money because they couldn't even keep they order straight. I will definitely be looking for a new groomer for future cleanings and all other needs.

The pet sense in Ontario across Idaho Ave. from Walmart. Next to big 5. Awesome experience there very friendly& helpful staff! Austin's first day and he did awesome!!

Sold me and infected fish and it killed the rest of mine, owner said they were quarantined and they were never sick and refused to even believe it came from her fish yet the employees say way different went as far as selling my items to treat my tank/fish and yes it was quarantined before putting in the tank yet after about 4 days one by one all my fish died and it started with that one little fish but manager blamed me and said non of her tank have ever been infected and it was my fault! Right and lady spend over 300 in fish alone not to . mention the tank, pump, food, and everything else a tank needs........her employees even told of what buy to treat it amd my fish died struggling to breathe, it was mt 7 ur old bday gift!!!!!

I love coming in to see what cute animals they have in stock! Usually it's bearded dragons and chameleons, but they always have something there! Every so often I buy my crickets here, and I've never gotten a dead one before. Truly it's a great place to shop for your pets!
