During Snowmageddon they were driving by when I was stuck and helped pull my car out. Even broke one of their straps in the process. I left a message for them to work on my 65 comet but they never returned my call. They are good people though!

My husband and I were having truck issues driving to Arkansas from Washington We looked up the closest mechanic. The first shop said 3 days. My husband called Rick's. He looked and solved the problem, ordered the part and fixed it with hardly no wait time. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you all so much!
