I had a 9AM appointment to have my windows tinted on my truck. I told the owner that i was going to the local coffee house and would it be done by noon. He told me he would get mine in first and yes since i was going to be around locally he would see it. I showed back up at noon and was told he was still working on it. it is now after 3 PM and it still is not done. I've used this business two years ago and had no issues. I guess my small job gets pushed to the end of the line. I was told window tinting takes time but 6+ hours is beyond normal. Why make you make an appointment. Terrible Customer Service.

I met the owner of this business he had exactly what I wanted for my envoy. He does more than window tinting, he also does car audio. We talked for quite a while and I came to like this man right away. I hope to see you again in my passing of your town. I praying for you and your son, and you business. Just remember that the harder things take a little bit longer. Take care man.
