“While on a trip, we left my husband's tablet in a motel. We contacted the motel, and yes - they had the tablet and gave us the contact info for Smith's. They picked up the tablet, carefully boxed it and shipped it back to us for a very fair price - Thank you Smith's!!!”
“Sardae in the printing department is the greatest thing about this store! PLEASE give her a raise and treat her well. Do whatever it takes to hold on to her. True customer care just comes naturally to her, which is SO rare. Whatever she's getting paid, it's not nearly enough!”
“Have had some issues with two packages in the past month. While it is not anything this location is causing, I have relayed my questions to Omar and William. They are AMAZING. The first incident was a delay on shipping to another state from me and Omar and William did their best to give me information that I could not see on the typical tracking system look up. They were on top of it, and even called me every few days to give me updates even if there was none to give. They have gone out of their way.
Another error occurred this week where I shipped a package to another local resident, they’re fresh to the neighborhood so the “package was returned to sender” so to the route carrier knowledge, it was vacant. I spoke with William and he was able to reassure me that they will get it en route today (the following day) and was able to confirm that the address is now occupied and we are all set.
It’s the little things they do that mean so much to us, maybe just me. But they are exceptional employees and very kind.”
